      Went in to get quarters and pennies and was told that they didn't have any🤔 umm, what bank doesn't have change but told me that if I knew someone that wanted a job, they were hiring. FOH, I wouldn't tell anyone to work there

      Closing my account because a teller here. Wouldn't even let me close the account and deliberately gave me wrong bills. So many issues as you can see from the reviews.

      Honestly the most pathetic customer service I've ever dealt with, they were no help even after waiting 20 minutes. I'm thinking about switching banks after today. Ridiculous. Whoever the manager is, she needs replaced by someone who's actually interested in helping customers.

      This bank branch has friendly tellers and good customer service. However, I've had issues with Canadian Coins getting mixed in with their rolls of quarters. I can't use these coins to wash my clothes. It's not a good feeling for me to receive less than what I requested from my account because of this issue. I'm going to also contact the corporate office this week.

      I’ve been banking here since August 2019 and stop in once or twice a month. The tellers are ALWAYS friendly & I look forward to seeing them when I come in.

      I went to change some 20 dollar bills to bigger bills. The teller told me we don’t have any larger bills than 20. Every time there is something with this bank.
