  Bill helped us tremendously with not only purchasing our first home, but refinancing it as well. Both of which were territory we have never navigated before. We almost financed our loan through our bank but after speaking with Bill, we knew we would appreciate the personal attention much more.   First time home buyer and I would highly recommend Schmidt Mortgage and Bill Bayer. I started working work Bill 5 years ago to buy a home. I had a low credit score and needed to bring it up. Then life happened and I decided to hold off on purchasing a home. Last fall, when life happened again (surprise), I decided it was time to stop renting and reached out to Bill Bayer. Bill was there and wonderful in guiding me through the whole home buying process. I elected to be pre qualified so I would be in a better position to negotiate when I found exactly what I was looking for in my monthly mortgage price range. Bill worked closely and efficiently with my real estate agent and title company through the whole process.   Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable during the process of obtaining a mortgage for our new home. Even when we had a little snare (not his fault), he was able to figure out a resolution quickly so that our closing date wasn't pushed back. I would recommend him all day long! Thank you, Bill!!

  Bill was incredible! He did a perfect job working through every detail and getting our financing all figured out in time. It was a slightly complex situation with a HELOC involved, but he made it smooth. Highly recommend!
