      Had to repeat myself 5 times because the teller in the window couldn’t comprehend that we just changed our address and kept trying to change it back to one on the license. Then she couldn’t handle her job apparently and had to go get Cheryl the branch manager. And then took over 15 minutes when there was not another soul around or inside to send back the ID. We will never use this branch again and we recommend no one else use it either.

      Was told while setting up my account that if I deposit a check before midnight it will post that day. Was also told if I deposit a check on Friday before midnight it will post that day as well. I hate being lied to especially about my money, can't wait for the check to clear so I can close my account.
