I love Huntington and I love this branch. I've never had an issue with them or the tellers until today. I went in to get a cashiers check to pay my rent. When I went to the teller to ask for one I accidentally called it a money order. I tried to apologize and correct myself, but the teller immediately got snarky with me. Telling me in a rude tone that "we don't do that, and that my check HAS to be from Huntington to use it towards a cashiers check if that's what I actually need". I've been getting cashiers checks from this bank/location since December, so I know I can use my check no matter the bank. Either way the teller was very rude and I'm disappointed that such a good bank would hire such mean people.

No stars would be more efficient for this branch. The staff here is terribly unprofessional, lazy and don’t know what they’re doing. Every time I come to this branch I encounter a new problem. Which is an inconvenience because it’s the one closest to my work!
