  When I needed help,I went to my bank, no luck. I went to another bank, 2 credit unions, same story "sorry". Then I contacted Hunter-Kelsey. Asked me some questions, had me provide proof of income and the next thing I know I am signing a reasonable loan contract at a reasonable rate. Sometimes we all fall behind, it happens. When it happened to me. Hunter-Kelseyvwas there!! Thank you Hunter-Kelsey.

  These people don't return calls. Their bookkeeping online is always wrong. They charge you penalties because they can't keep their books to date. We paid our loan off early last fall and still have not received the release. Checked their credibility with the Better Business Bureau and found lots of complaints against them.

In most cases we can process the release of lien electronically however, in cases where counties are not deemed an e-record counties the process takes longer.   Tried to correspond with them about a property they have for sale. No response. Sent a follow-up a few weeks later. Still no response. They are in the business of selling properties, and not interested in selling properties. Great job, guys. Edit: Peter, you could have referred me to your realtor, or forwarded my correspondence to your realtor, instead of completely blowing me off and ignoring this bad review for over a year. Let's try to do better, please.

  Hello, We appreciate you taking the time to post your critique. We are not in the business of selling properties but in the business of saving people money through property tax loans. In the rare event we have a property to sell, we use licensed realtors to sell the property. We direct any inquires to the realtor and don’t respond to inquires going around the realtor. It just wouldn’t be right to hire the realtor and then not have them handle sales inquiries. We’re so sorry about any confusion. Thanks, Peter

  Ken Blaschke is AWESOME! They have helped me for 3 years and very happy with how smooth everything is handled. Takes a lot of stress off my plate being a single Mom and widow. I couldn’t have stayed in my home without their help.

  The employee was disrespectful and was quick to assume all I wanted was my fees dismissed, when I was trying to make a point by them not letting us know the online payment portal had changed, just to keep us posted. She is one that doesn’t believe customers need to be heard and instead of agreeing and being friendly, she was just rude. Horrible customer service. You have a job because of the customers, keep that in mind.
