      I implemented Human Interest at my company and have been very happy with them and their service. We are a small company and use TriNet for HR and payroll and it was very important to me to find a 401K company that was easy to use, would create limited administrative burden, and had reasonable costs for the company and the employee. Human Interest fit all these criteria. In addition, they were very helpful in making sure I was aware of all the potential compliance issues before signing up. I and my employees have been very happy with Human Interest. The set up and implementation was easy. Human Interest integrates with TriNet and employees can make there withholding selections in Human Interest and they flow back to TriNet and withdraw the funds from the bank account. So, there is limited administrative burden. Fees are reasonable for both the company and the employee and we set it up so that there is minimal cost to the employee. I like the dashboard and feel like I have good visibility to what is occurring with my account. Whenever I have contacted customer support I have been happy with the response and the response time. Human Interest have been helpful with all the compliance and reporting and I have heard no complaints from my employees.

      We started using Human Interest for our 401(k) plan earlier this year and it's been a great experience overall. We had initially planned to use another tech-forward provider, but Human Interest's workflow and user interface were a better fit for our employee experience standards. After the initial setup, plan administration has been pretty easy. When any complicated questions have come up, the escalation process has been straightforward. The investment lineup strikes a good balance between choice and simplicity. The inclusion of DFA funds is an added bonus. I've worked with other 401(k) providers in the past and found that they couldn't quite meet the needs of a growing startup. The high rollover and other transaction costs alone are reason enough to reconsider using their services. It's been a pleasure working with Human Interest and I'd gladly recommend them without hesitation.

      At OCHO Candy, we switched over to Human Interest in 2019. We reduced our employee rate costs by more than 0.5% in doing so, and streamlined our processes. Human Interest integrates with our new Rippling platform and employees are able to go in and make adjustments on their own without needing the help of a company administrator. So far we are pleased with the platform and service. The transition was well handled and well communicated each step of the way.

      We had been with Paychex for a little over a year when we noticed some outrageous administration fees and extra deductions from the employee contributions to their 401k. After getting vague answers and transferring from department to department, we decided to switch 401k administrators. In our search Human Interest came up and then was recommended by a good friend in the benefits business. We are a small team and Human Interest's clear pricing model is exactly the transparency we needed. The options for investing are better than what we had and the set up was smooth. However we had some hiccups that delayed the initial investments/deductions from our pay checks, but we diligently stuck through it and everything has been great. Reports are easy to read. They make the deductions right out of our Paychex accounts and have been responsive when I had questions. I docked a star because of the delay in starting the funding of the new plan and the fire drill I was put through and also, it isn't clear cut who you speak with for questions after onboarding. I would love to have one person, but it appears it is a whole department and you get who you get whenever you inquire.
