  I was very impressed with the professionalism of the counselor. It took her a while to understand that I don’t have any debts and really just needed help understanding a loan on my credit report. But once we got to that, she was immensely helpful and patient. This is a wonderful service, and I think everyone should use it whether they are in debt or not, just to keep track of things. That’s what I do.

  Tom from American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc. was so helpful. He calmly listened and explained my options. He provided access to resources, and helped me see that, though my debt is daunting, I’m able to move forward using the ACCC budget we created during the call. Thank you, Tom and ACCC!

  I called ACCC & spoke with Tom today. I had questions about my credit score. He gave me good advice on what to do next. He was very knowledgeable & kind. He explained everything very well. If I need to call again, I will definitely ask for Tom again.

  This service is wonderful they keep in contact with you every step of the way, their portal is very easy and you can keep an eye on your progress as well as theirs

  I was hesitant to contact a debt management company due to wanting to try and take care of my debt on my own. Unfortunately I have so much debt and can only afford the minimum payments each month that it's not making a dent in my debt. I contacted ACCC due to their reputation with debt management and am so glad I did. I had an hour plus conversation with my credit counselor Gabriel and he was very thorough with getting to know my debt situation and explaining everything clearly. He answered all my questions and concerns. I'm so glad I reached out to ACCC because I now feel I'll finally be able to manage my debt and pay everyone off. Thanks Gabriel for all your time and help!!!

  Tom was very patient, thorough, competent and kind. He spent 2 hours and 25 minutes with me on the phone making sure we covered my entire budget. He came up with a new budget that will help me pay off all unnecessary debt in less time and it will save me a lot of money in interest. The plan will get me on the right financial path for the future. ACCC is a great company. They are very affordable and reliable. This is my 2nd time using them. This time I will stick to the plan so I don't fall back into this situation again. They know what they are doing.

  I am about to complete my journey with American Consumer Credit Counseling. From the very begining, they have been helpful and quickly responsive. I have learned so much but more than that, everything is quick, every one is professional and they are great communicators. So often, I leave conversations with financial folks thinking, "Yeah, okay, I guess, but I really don't understand, so whatever you say." This is never true with ACCC, I understand exactly what is happening. Always. I do highly recommend.

  Service representatives have always been very helpful and understanding. I have never had an issue with using this service.The service has helped me in a huge way in getting me back on track to where I need to be. Keeping in touch with the program and being able to speak with a live representative was a great deal of help, very easy system to use. Definitely would recommend as a solution to others!

  From the beginning of my journey with ACCC I have been impressed by the good, professional service I have received. My questions have always been answered in a timely manner. As I just told Cory, it feels so good to be "free". I have learned steps for remaining that way! Cory was very helpful and professional in helping me pay off my account. Thank you!
