  We found Joel Marks to be extremely professional and on top of our re-finance all the way thru. He processed 2 home loans for us, our primary and secondary homes.   This is the second loan Fe has completed for me and each time the experience went smoothly! I almost made the mistake of going through another bank for the loan because I thought I was getting better rate. I was so wrong! Fe called me just in time and was able to save me $200 more dollars and beat out the competitor. I have recommended her to my sister and will continue to refer her. I was never in dark during the entire process and she was always available when I needed her or had questions.
