  Angie Calarco has been a blessing for me and my family to work with. Her knowledge and professionalism is worthy of so much more than 5 stars. The first meeting felt more like meeting a old friend than a real estate agent trying to sell me a house. She has made the entire house buying process so smooth and easy for a first time home buyer. My fiancée and I can not recommend her enough. Angie is awesome!!

  The only positive thing about our experience here was Denise helping us get fianced. All the Realtors care about is making their paycheck. They dont help you make confident decisions. Listing agent Janna even had the nerve to tell me the money we received from the seller was "technically illegal" because we had a USDA loan & not to let Denise in financing find out... Big red flag for sure!! Hopefully no one else will have to go through what we have!!!

  Helping a friend get ready for a move. Who is currently under contract for 30 more days at a residence. Which is currently listed, by law 24 hour notice is required. Yet we have a random agent come waltzing in at 6:40, when the boundary was set at 5pm. Would not recommend using these people. This is highly unprofessional. Save your money use a more professional agency.

  Inquired with the listing agent about a property that is currently for sale. She emailed me that the property is "NOT FOR RENT" and that I need to drive by and get back with her. I am looking to buy a property, but Monica (the listing agent) is too busy to even offer to show the property. If I refused to do my job and was this condescending to potential customers, I would be fired from my job. Howard Hanna should offer etiquette classes for this classless realtor. Terrible experience. I am highly offended and will go out of my way to be sure everyone I know hears about this.

  Donna Surmitis didn't like my house, she said it was significantly overpriced, would never pass FHA inspection and was a waste of her time showing it. Then she left her business card on my counter. Well guess what, it DID pass FHA inspection and sold for full asking price after being on the market for only 4 days. Time for her to retire.
