  The bankers are always so nice and helpful. However, my only issue with the tellers. For some reason the ladies in particular are usually unnecessarily aggressive towards me whenever I have to ask questions. It seems when they don’t know how to do something, they just give you a rude answer instead of taking the steps to figure it out. The tellers at Chase across the city are much more polite.

  No different than any other bank. They only care about getting your money not you as a customer. Make you jump through hoops and give you a difficult time for the simplest transactions. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give them one star.

  They act like they want large depositors but then I deposit and get 20 questions about who every single person I’ve had a transaction with is... then ask where my money comes from. Don’t need my privacy violated. This is one of the worst policies I’ve ever heard of and have since created an account with a competitor where I will be taking all my finances moving forward.

  Having an issue with my account, called mobile banking and what they said they were gon do they didnt so i called my local branch, the calls that are only a couple seconds thats when the phone was picked up and hung up real quick the rest i was sent to a voice mail that u cant leave a message on. ..thanks guys, was just trying to find out whats going on. Update: finally got thru and Libby said they can not discuss any thing on the phone so i have to subject my self to corona and come in. ..thanks again guys, priciate u

  I had a simple question about my account and I believe the guys name was Justin was extremely rude and unprofessional. The Huntington bank in giant eagle is so much better and so much more helpful.

  Just one banker available on Black Friday. But 4 tellers. Very bad staffing.
