  Larry was fabulous. He worked with me for over 6 months until I found the perfect home and always provided key insight into potential structural/maintenance issues that I might encounter with some of the homes I was considering. I was a VERY picky buyer and his patience with me was amazing. He always made himself available and then was extrememly proactive in managing all the "after the contract is signed" issues, inspections, walk throughs, following up on requested repairs. I would highly recommend Larry.

  We have been home shopping for a few years and Larry was very patient in helping to find our new home! We finally bought the "perfect home," and Larry was there every step of the way!   Larry and Debbie are Amazing! Their professionalism and their constant support on making us feel at ease when no else could, made all the difference in our life. You guys treated us as friends and not as just another business deal. We truly appreciate you guys being their for us every step of the way. Not only did you guys find the best Refinancing rate for us, but at the same time made our financial situation a lot less stressful.   I have called for appointments several times, he's shown me the places I wanted to see and occasionally showed me why I might want to rethink the condo. I like that - a lot. He's been on top of the market since I began looking and I'll use him through until I find what I'm looking for.
