  I tried to refinance my loan but when they saw I was working for a temp agency, they said because I work for a temp company, they shouldn't have gave me a loan in the beginning. I've been with my temp service for nearly ten years and haven't been let go from it. Highly disappoint about job discrimination, go somewhere where no matter where you work, you won't be turned down and will be appreciated. Will not be returning after my current loan has been paid off.

  Any one I’ve spoken to just pass me around on the phone like no one wants to deal with me. Staff is unwilling to help if they don’t see it benefitting them as I’m sure there’s some type of commission incentive for the employee but it does not give them the right to be dismissive towards someone I hate that my account got transferred here I always received way better service at the old westheimer location

  Their background checks are very poor. I recently was checking my credit score and I had someone take a loan out in my name for 1,700 from this branch and location.

  Had a great experience with Miguel!!! Got me exactly what i needed. The whole office is awesome!!!!! Would recommend anyone to come and speak with anyone hear!!! Will not be dissappointed...

  Thanks Natalia to you and your team for being so professional and helping me get the loan I needed, everyone is so kind from the moment I step into the office, to the staff that answer the phone when I need to make a payment over the phone they are so helpful and kind, this is by far the best regional office they make me feel like family and ask about my day and how it’s going I truly appreciate every worker in this office

  Miguel is a dishonest scheme. Be careful, go to Oportun it’s way to much better.
