  The Home loan process is already scary enough to begin with, so it was amazing and such a relief to work with Security America Mortgage.   I am a realtor and work with many different lenders and I have had MULTIPLE good experiences working with Security America Mortgage over a span of several years now. I've worked with a few different people over there and they are all outstanding and very professional, and my experience it always excellent! I greatly appreciate how well they take care of their clients which are also my clients when we work together on a transaction. They give outstanding attention to detail, which is crucial in getting the transaction done smoothly. They are easy to reach and on top of everything from beginning to end. I highly recommend them, and I don't say that lightly. Their fees to get your loan done are very competetive, usually the lowest. No hidden fees. You will be in very good hands working with them.

  I called multiple times over a two day period. Long hold times then sudden disconnect, or call goes straight to elevator music for long hold and then prompts you leave a message. Did talk to someone on FB messenger and made an appointment for a call at 1300 the next day. No one ever called. I would be wary of doing business with any company with this kind of customer service.
