  I had an excellent experience working with Carrie, who is the Branch Manager for the Sienna Plantation HWY 6 location (couldn't post this review to that location). I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to considering the great customer services i received. Carrie helped guide me through the process of refinancing my car (via email and online). She was extremely responsive, courteous, and answered any of my questions with great thought and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend HFCU and Carrie in particular for anyone looking to get a great rate on a loan!

  I ventured out into the daunting world of car buying and loan processing, but Craig Kneisly was my coach through it all. Craig processed and approved my application within 24 hours and he patiently talked me through every step of the process while securing me the lowest rate (I did my research, you can’t beat their rates)! He demonstrated integrity and compassion, streamlined the application process, and quickly connected with the dealership to finalize the transaction. Craig, you earned HFCU a very loyal customer!!   I purchased a 2021 backpack truck camper with HFCU. My banker was Mr Craig Kneisly. He worked very diligently and hard on my purchase, and were very professional and kind. Also, I was able to refinance my car at a lower percentage rate. My experience at Houston Federal Credit Union and with their banker Mr. Kneisly have been very satisfactory. I highly recommend the bank and their outstanding bankers.

  Craig Kneisly, first of all thank you so much. Had an awesome and smooth experience with our 2 auto finances in last 2 weeks. You are a thoroughly professional and super friendly man to deal with. Your prompt response, prompt help, is outstanding. I cant imagine how easy it was to get auto loan with HFCU and obviously the best possible rates you can get in the market, and its possible with help you can get from Loan officer like Craig..HFCU is highly recommended to everyone to give it a shot for you next car purchase or refinance, with their awesome customer service..

  Craig Kneisly at Houston Federal Credit Union's Sugar Land location is very professional. In a few words he is amazing!!!. I had a wonderful experience working with him.   I was very impressed with the help I received from Craig! He was very efficient, timely, and cared very much about providing all the information I needed. Not only that, but as a young adult, I did not feel patronized or belittled about all my questions in any way. I felt very much seen and heard. Definitely did not feel like just another customer.   I went to HFCU for financing for my first car purchase, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Craig at the Kensington office helped me through the whole thing beginning to end. He was very friendly and explained each action throughout the process, which I really needed since I was new to this and I had a lot of questions. He was also able to get me great terms to use for my car purchase. I was nervous going in to this, but all my concerns were quickly erased and the process was super easy. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Craig and HFCU for your auto financing!

  Very impressed with Harrison from speaking with him over the phone. Fast and friendly. I am definitely going in tomorrow and going them a chance to fully earn my business. If all their employees are like Harrison, this will be great. If you're considering an auto loan, they are worth a call.

  I needed to purchase a new car, and I cannot imagine having done this without Craig at HFCU! He has been an advocate for me throughout the entire process; helpful, insightful, and transparent. He even managed to get me a $1600+ savings AFTER I had driven the car off the lot. I am recommending both Craig Kneisly and HFCU to my friends and coworkers.

  So far, I am super impressed by HFCU. Miranda made setting up an account and becoming a member an easy process. They also offer financial counseling to members, and already Zulika has provided me with some eye-opening and insightful information.
