  Credit Krama lead me to this company. Stayed on the phone with Jonathan for hours on a Friday. He was very polite & enjoyed talking to him about the process. Now I think it was all an act. Sent him paperwork(personal information)on Saturday. Called him to confirm if he'd received it. Crickets! Emailed & called him every week. Crickets! Called corporate talk to a caring & understanding receptionist. She said I'll forward your message & I would be upset too. More crickets! DON'T APPLY FOR MORTGAGE LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! RUN FAST AS YOU CAN!

  We bought our house in 2018 and have no complaints. Robert Carson is the Man to go to. Very Honest, straight forward and to the point and is highly recommended!!!!

  I have been trying to reach out to the financial guy his name Christian 4 months for my security deposit refund that should been sent 4 months ago and got really frustrated I haven’t received call back yet and every time I call the transfer me to him and he is in meeting every day and they tell me he will call you and he never 👎 And I don’t appreciate this service I lost my security deposit from thier under rewriter slow process I have changed my closing date 4 times due to incomplete process from thier end They have told me we will send you your appraisal and your security deposit and I just recently received my appraisal after four months of battling with them and they could sent both checks in the same mail We trying to buy a house for our family not get rob . I wish I had a better experience with them and not write this review!!!!!

  Dwayne Graham went above and beyond expectations for this deal! We had a client that was somewhat demanding not to mention other parties that didn't seem to understand their roles however the professionalism shown by Mr. Graham was kept the deal going and we closed in record time.   Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to answer all of the questions that we had as first-time homebuyers.   Other lenders left me with little to no hope. After sending my documents to Dwayne Graham at New American funding, I grew confident that I would be able to get a home loan. He worked EXTREMELY hard to make sure my loan closed. His professionalism and experience with different loan products made it possible for me to become a homeowner.
