  I was referred to the New American Funding team and Mr. Dwayne Graham by my realtor Jermisha Smith. The experience could not have been better from start to finish! Although all communication was via email or phone, the attention and guidance provided to me as their client was superb. I was encouraged to reach out and ask any questions I had about the process (this was my first and only attempt at applying for a mortgage and purchasing a home). Every time I received my answer in a timely manner and I was treated very respectfully. With the help of the New American Funding team and my realtor Jermisha Smith, I was able to complete the process and now own my first home! Thank you to the team!   Dwayne Graham and His Team are a God send. My wife and I found our dream home, and were initially denied by the builder's preferred lender. Enter New American Funding (Dwayne Graham and His Team). We went from being told NO by the builder's preferred lender, to closing in less than 45 days later!!!! We did face some challenges, but they were greatly minimized due to Dwayne and His Team's professional experience and diligent efforts. We have purchased several homes and this process with Dwayne Graham and his EXCELLENT staff was by far our BEST experience. I HIGHLY recommend New American Funding. When the builder's preferred lender said NO, Mr Graham helped us not only get approved, but we were approved at 2.39%. This is the lowest interest rate we have ever financed a home. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market to purchase or refinance your home it would be wise to at least give Me. Graham and his team the opportunity to meet your needs with their impeccable and professional service. I only wish I could rate them 10 stars‼ We are sincerely grateful to The Most High God for alllowing us the opportunity to have found OUR preferred lender if we ever plan to purchase or refinance in the future.   New American has funded several loans on investment properties for me. Mr Graham knows how to get things done!! He and his team were very responsive and helpful when we ran into a few speed bumps on the most recent purchase—due to the seller. Most importantly, is that we were able to close on time!!! As a former real estate agent and current investor, I’ve worked with many lenders over the past 21 years and see Mr.Graham as my primary resource for mortgage loans.
