  The only good thing I can say about this branch and HFCU thus far as a new member is that Julie H. was awesome! I went in to try and open my account and secure a title loan with my paid off car and she helped as much as she could until I had to get to the lending officer. Carmen V. - You need to treat customers better. I received a call from her asking for all the information Julie already provided and everything felt rush. She would call back and forth multiple times and every-time she asked for something I sent it but her attitude over the phone was so rude maybe because it was 4pm and she was ready to go home. I of course got a denial with her and when asked why she said “that was just their decision you’ll get a letter” I plan to keep my membership with HFCU for now, but I hope to never speak to Carmen again. She is extremely rude and I felt if I had an officer to explain in more detail or listen to me the decision would of went a different route.

  HFCU has always been my favorite place to have my families checking accounts, auto loans, receive financial advice and invest into digital currency. At the Kirby branch, Amber Moeller and her team go above and beyond with their customer service, array of knowledge in the industry and genuine kindness they treat each client with. The Kirby team is the best!

  Every time I come to the Kirby branch the staff is always friendly. Christopher get me in and out with out any problems at the teller line. He shared all the features using shared branching and notary services. This group is always profesional ,courteous and Efficient. Thank you and awesome staff. Joselyn Thomas

  Came to this location to get a very low loan.. considering my very high credit and trade lines I assumed it would’ve been easy to do so. Automatically declined. They didn’t even allow me to add additional proof of income. I’m so confused on why the associate Frevlyn Hatten would be rude while working with me. Moving forward we should definitely take in account that credit is serious and not to be played with.

  Craig is the best! We were getting a new car and decided to shop for an auto loan on a Friday. I did some research and found HFCU, called their loan department and Craig answered the phone. Long story short, we got a check for the car within an hour after visiting this branch. We had time to go to the dealer that same day and picked up the new car. All our interactions with Craig afterwards were also super pleasant. He made me feel like family. I would 120% recommend Craig to anyone who’s shopping for an auto loan. THANK YOU CRAIG!

  Lead teller, Christopher A. & MSR Julie Heath are good spirited people..They also help their members to the best of their abilities, not to mention they keep a smile on their faces (even when others may frown)..I would like to commend them on their work ethics & beautiful personalities...All credit union workers should carry their self as these two do..
