  Bad service. Trying to cash a company check from on of my main client. They didn’t cash it and were very rude when I asked why they won’t cash it. They (the clerk and manager) kept telling me to tell my company to add me on “pay positive”, which I kept telling them I don’t work for the that company, they are my clients, I can’t tell them how to run their business. They didn’t want to hear it. They told me to go to another branch if I want. They are lazy, they just didn’t want to call the company to verify if the check was legit. I ended up having to go to the heights branch. Which was very inconvenient because it was traffic hour, I lost a bit over a hour, which anyone that runs a business knows, “time is money”. I’ve never had a problem with them they heights branch, they are great! They called, verified the check, cashed it, and I was on my way.

  I enjoy coming in to see the tellers. They are so friendly. It’s always a pleasure to visit, but the traffic in this area is horrible.

  I think one of the best customer service levels of any bank that i have ever used. On a different level that larger national brands. Car break ins after hours are ridiculous to rate a bank! They went far above to help during Covid!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Went in to make a deposit for a friend. Told teller I'm interested in opening business account..teller said have seat one of the ladys will speak with you. After seeing three (3) associates pass me twice.. they didn't acknowledge my presence... waited over 15 min while hearing the two women talk what they wan to order for lunch or whatever...I address them and stated do you not deal with business accounts.. they try to play it off to help. Told them nevermind..you just lost six figure accout.enjoy lunch.. guess my shade wasnt light enuff. Terrible service. If this how they handle customers then Definitely not handling my money. Guess the sign on door speak for itself..no hats no hoods..go figure.. I was dressed with Neither!.. We should carry a sign in..No service No deposits$$$$!
