  Ms Mathis and her team at Blackstone Mortgage were remarkable! I was referred to the company after a bad experience with another well-known company. Ms Mathis did not disappoint. She was efficient, well organized, and kept me abreast during the entire process. She was able to get my loan closed quickly and was always available for any questions I had, day or night. I will not recommend anyone else! I highly recommend whether it's a new loan or a refinance. They were the best out of all my real estate buying experiences.

  Nekea, Renata, and their manager went well out of their way to make sure we were confident and well informed in our buying decision. We closed in less than 30 days with no drastic changes or outlandish requirements, even in this crazy market. All of the documents requested were easily accessible making the process go by really quickly and smoothly. Communication was great and everyone in the office was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can say without a doubt they went above and beyond to educate and assist my family in the purchase of our first home. We felt like we mattered and they were genuinely rooting for us.
