      I don't think I've ever spoken to a nice representative over the phone, at least at the Kaysville branch, the representatives always have an attitude. They never sound like they actually want to help. Management should pay more attention to their customer service over the phone.

      I am very impressed with this credit union. They are know their stuff. They are nice. They get people in & out fast. It is easy to communicate through their computer systems. I love that they have a location in Kaysville. Thank you for all you do. ❤

      Darci at the Kaysville Branch is amazing!!! She helped us we multiple auto loans this week.... and tons of questions as I'm a first time car buyer. She was always willing to answer our questions with patience and kindness. We love Horizon Credit Union!

      Had such a great experience getting my auto loan with Darci! I’d applied at MACU and 2 days passed before they ever contacted me....came into Horizon with no application previously started and left in about an hour with a check! My dealer also told me about how much they appreciate her - pretty amazing since he’s never met her personally!

      I have always had an excellent experience with Horizon CU. Darci Dawson is very helpful and great customer service. This is my 2nd travel trailer loan and couldn't be happier. I will always use this CU in Kaysville and Darci for my loan needs. Thank you

      I waited 10 minutes for a teller to become available on the box inside, and when I still hadn’t been helped I turned around to ask the employees if it was something they could help me with, and they both ignored me. One even looked at me, and still didn’t say anything.
