  Somehow they ended up with our car loan. Shady. They gave me one payout amount so I could switch institutions...then when my credit union payed that amount they called me and said it was even more than what they printed off. They do not take accoutability for their mistakes. Beware.

  Great staff. They were available to assist with credit card transactions via appointment when the branches were closed during the COVID shut down. Always a pleasure to do business there.

  Never consider ever banking here. Closing a savings account has taken countless mistakes and over a month to complete and is still unfinished. Supposedly mailed a cashiers check which never came, then accidentally placed a hold which delayed the process another two weeks, have been promised that it would be finished at least 3 separate times just to be upset but unsurprised that they didn’t follow through. Have never seen a more unorganized situation handled so poorly. Complete joke and lack of concern for customers.

  This review is for Kenny and Billy Wilson. On our loan they keep charging us insurance when we have faxed and mailed them or insurance information three times. They still charge us. We are sick and tired of continually bothering our insurance to send the same information. They just want to charge more money wherever they can.

  Even though with this pandemic that we are going through, I felt like the staff from Pioneer was working very hard to get me the right interest rate On my mortgage, on a perfectly timely manner. 100% satisfied!
