  Up until two weeks ago I was unhappy with both my insurance company and agent. The idea of changing was one that I thought about but was too afraid to commit to, until I contacted Horace Mann Insurance Agency in Feeding Hills, MA. I spoke with Kristina and she was such a pleasure to deal with, answered all of my questions and literally put my mind at ease. She was able to get me more coverage at a lower price than I was paying. I couldn’t believe it! Within about an hour I had new insurance and a new agent, that I love!! I wish I had done this years ago! Thank you Kristina and Horace Mann Insurance Agency for making what I thought was going to be a difficult transition, easy!

  The best experience I've ever had with an insurance agency. January is an absolute gem - she made the entire process quick and easy. She also found the most affordable options possible for me and my kids, so I'm saving money as well. Highly recommend!

Brett is incredibly generous of his time and commitment to his customers! January is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful agents to work with!   January is Outstanding!! She is always available for questions & concerns day, night and weekends via message to which she responds swiftly. And through the years I've had many concerns! Even better she's of great help to my 23 year old son w/all his insurance plans and woes. Simply put, it's a wonderful relief having her on my team!!!!

  I've been with Brett Ralph and these folks for a number of years, and have now moved all of my insurance coverage needs (autos, motorcycle and home) over to them. There is no issue, question, challenge or need that is not quickly, professionally and expeditiously handled.   If you are looking for someone who will get you the best cost to benefit ratio, contact January she is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She will even through in an amazing efficiency skill set and a sense of humor at no extra charge!!!
