  Working with The Jean Group was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! They made time for us whenever needed and they sat down with us when the time was convenient for us with our crazy busy schedules. They are so good at what they do!   Such a great team to work with. Very reassuring through a difficult process. Answered any and all questions at almost any time of day or night. Very fast response time. Gave me many choices and options and scenarios and worked hard to get me what worked best for me. I wouldn’t use any other mortgage group in the future.

  I couldn't have asked for a better experience with The Jean Group! All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I was provided with accurate and important information promptly. As a first time home buyer I had a LOT of questions. Jason and his team were so professional and friendly. They made the whole process really easy for me and continue to go above and beyond by checking in regularly and offering any assistance I may need.

  I truly believe that the experience that I had with the Jean Group was the BEST that I could have had buying my very first house. My adviser (Kris Q.) was so patient and clear in his demeanor explaining the entire process to me (with some items - multiple times) there is much involved and he was wonderful. With buying a home for the first time, things can become overwhelming, and can make it easy to become discouraged, NOT with the Jean Group. They took all my financial worries away - I was given clear instructions on what documents to have available and for them they were needed, due to this my closing took place without ANY issues & in the quickest amount of time possible. I truly believe I would not be in my new home if is was not for them - I cannot thank them enough - I will / have recommended them to others that are thinking of buying a house.

  Jason helped us with our mortgage for our first home in 2016. Buying a home is a huge life change and massive commitment. Jason and his team made the process smooth and easy.   My wife and I had been referred to the jean group by a family member and had a Great experience during the purchase of our first home. They were able to comfortably explain the process so we felt confident in our purchase. We bought in late November of 2016 and they were able to get a closing accomplished within 30 days so that we could move in on Jan 1st. And amid they process of them seeking out lenders they found a special program that we qualified for that saved us $7000 from our down payment without changing any rates or fees! A+ !!

  Absolutely hands down the best experience anyone could ask for. The Jean group guides you step by step from beginning to end. Would not recommend anyone else but them to my friends and colleagues. Jason, mike, and Lora are all incredible to work with.
