  This company is a joke. I was not satisfied at all with the experience. My loan officer, Daniel Kenyon did not communicate with me the entire process until it was a mere 3 weeks before closing, and then to tell me after all the money I put down that based on things on my credit, I was not approved. That's not why I'm upset, I am upset at the fact that there was little to no communication, and if there was, I always initiated it first because I had a question. This company knew up front about my score, my credit report, since they pulled it the first day I contacted them. They knew everything and still gave me a Pre-Qual letter. I found a home, went through Inspection, put down my deposit which I offered 10% down on a $115,000 loan, and he still did not communicate. I faxed every single form and again, always was the first to reach out to him. Never again will I try getting a mortgage with an online person/Company. DO NOT go through a company with a lender that you cannot see face to face. Save yourself the hassle. I sure learned my lesson.

  Quick, easy and painless process. We didn't have to resubmit ANY paperwork and they followed up with employers and previous lenders promptly and without us having to be involved (like our previous experience with other lenders).
