  This location is my go-to! I love when I get Karista as my teller, she is always friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, & helpful! Any time I have had a question she is able to answer it. I have had other banks/credit unions in the past & Honor blows them out of the water. They really make you feel as though they care. I will always use this credit union & recommend it to family & friends!

  March 11, 22 Choose to go to Urbandale CU Went inside for service. Was met by Heather Powell, with a Beautiful Smile. I had several transactions, and her kindness carried over with each one. After the first transaction; we started with the next. I also needed a print out page for the 2nd account, with its information. She was so helpful and finally she made sure I didn’t leave my envelope with $ on the counter, as grocery shopping, on a Friday would have been a fail. Truly considering going to Urbandale Credit Union from now on. Even though it’s across town. It was well worth the Great Service and care that I received. A Big Thanks to Heather’s above and beyond Service. She’s what I call “A Keeper” Thanks to all at “ Urbandale Credit Union! Mrs. Rollenhagen.

  I found myself with a negative account one day before pay day and very stressed, they were very helpful guiding me through the process helping me by waiving the one fee dad stop me from getting my account back into the positive and it just made my day great staff good service

  I really appreciate the speed in which we received a loan on a vintage car. The market for a good car at a good price is overwhelming. We were informed as to exactly what we needed to complete the transaction. We now are the proud owners of a beautiful Thunderbird.

  I called in to set up an appointment to open a few accounts for my wife, daughter and I and we had a great experience. Ashlee was very helpful and informative about the different types of accounts available and assisted us with picking the right one for each of us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a local credit union. One other thing that helped us decide to go with Honor Credit Union is the multiple locations. We are very pleased with our choice.

  I had an account with honors credit union & my account was in the negative for mo ths and nobody informed me that it was. After several months of me coming into the bank I had to ask questions about my account for me to find out it was negtive. If the bank told me my account was negative, I couldve went to the source and stopped the problem. Because of their unprofessionalism , it went on for months of me not knowing that my account was in the red & I was coming in and nobody still let me know my account was negative. The branch manager, Lisa then apologized and said that she & her staff made a mistake by not informing me that my account was in the negative. After this altercation with the bank I informed them I wanted to close my account. After closing my account, I got a call from Austin from Honors bank telling me I had hours to pay 50 dollars that I owed because my account was not closed like I had asked. Austin completely lied to me saying it was my fault that the account wasn’t closed. So then Austin asked me to come in to talk about the matter. When I get there, Austin was very rude & I told him I was coming to social media to inform the media about the bad experience and Austin & Honors bank said they did care. Lisa, the branch manager then apologized because they recognized they made mistakes twice, but were not offering to pay for the mistake they made. After leaving the bank, I tried to call Lisa’s manager. I ended up talking to someone & they told me the branch manager would call me back & they didn’t even have the decency to have them call me back, they had Lisa reach out to me & we got no where. I would’ve appreciated someone from a higher position to have contacted me, but I will say Lisa is a very nice lady and she did waive my fees to help, but the fees that she waived was because of their mistakes. But Austin was very rude, unprofessional & fed me lies. I would not recommend honors credit union.

  I called today for help with my new account and debit card and talked to both Jenna and Olivia who were both very helpful and had great guest service. I just wanted to say thank you for being so polite and helpful. It's always a pleasure to talk to someone who cares!
