  We recently remortgaged our home. We went through Honor Credit Union because we have done business with them for years. Everything went really well and the process went smoothly. Other than trying to take pictures of documents, it is much easier just to take the documents to them and let them scan them. They are super helpful and more than willing to do this for you. When it came time to close they sent someone to our home for the signing of the papers. How convenient! A special thank you to Anton and Indigo who answered questions and walked me through the process. Thanks so much Honor’s great job everyone.

  Amazing location to work with. Made the process of my refinance easy and provided additional options to help consolidate some credit card debt. Joleen and Lisa are efficient and friendly! I’m so glad I chose this location to handle my financial needs.

  Update on my review. They were short staffed last few days and were running around to get all of us taken care of in a timely manner. I was harsh to give a bad review the first time but In all honesty, this branch is a really good branch to bank with. I've never had any major or pressing issues while banking here.

  Working with Honor and the dealerships they work with was a breeze…pre approval process was quick and easy, once the vehicle finally arrived and it was time for the paperwork to be done and signed, everything was ready and In order, we were in and out no hassle whatsoever!!! I drove away with my new 4Runner saying that was the best car buying experience I ever had!

  Better than perfect credit? Looking for a credit card, loan or mortgage? Well folks today I'm here to tell you, do not hurt that glorious credit score by applying here or any other Honor in general. Not only are their policies horrible but your approval odds are slim to none, well unless you make more yearly than their loan managers, than you may stand a fighting chance. The only place really worth applying at if your in this area is Arbor Credit Union. You are about 2 minutes away from it. Not only are your approval odds normal but their policies and rates tend to be far superior. You are more likely to get approved on anything with any credit by applying at a bank that doesn't even offer loans at least they will turn you away before you apply. 5 star rating so people can see the post!   I have been a member of Honor off and on since the 1980’s. We like how business is handled. We like the staff. We would love a location closer to home but the location in South Haven is pretty cool.
