Mike Henry4I had a pleasant chat with Hall Chapman, the Service Director at Honda of Denton. We talked about how the pandemic has affected their business and their employees. Mr. Chapman ensured me the employees were working hard and received plenty of off time to rest and be with their families. The Service Director showed me where they had hand sanitizer spray and said they have the place sprayed once a month and cleaned twice daily. We then spoke about the scheduling website and how it can be improved. Mr. Chapman was very open to making the scheduling of service as easy as possible.

mike knowles1Svc appt for 1p and car not ready till almost 7p. Told 4 others ahead of me when I arrived for my APPOINTED time of 1p and may be few hours. Called at 5 to check progress and told would be tomorrow. Said unacceptable and got it done for me. Been customer for 22 years but doubt I come back for basic service.

Carla Jones5I am very big on customer service when it comes to doing business. Literally, from start to finish, we were taken care of by Sidney and Xris. They were both very attentive to us. Whatever we asked for, within reason, they made happen. Mike, the finance director was just as awesome. Without us even asking him to, he literally went above and beyond to get us the best warranty and insurance available for our specific needs. We were very impressed over all. We will definitely be purchasing an additional car from them in the future.

Julie Neal5Best buying experience I have ever had. The price was reasonable and there was no price gouging or high pressure like other dealerships. My favorite part . Justin Burton was my salesman and I actually enjoyed the buying experience with him. He was very respectful and a really good guy. I will keep coming back after this experience.....turns out buying a car isn't so bad.

Taylor Carbajal4Had a great experience with Jake Cable. He was very kind and took time to let me talk and look at whatever I wanted. The only downfall was when the car was taken to get cleaned up for me to take home. They didn't fully wipe down the van, and I found tooth pics in the side of the interior. It looked like it was quickly done, and not up to standards. However, the sale managers and Jake was amazing!

From great price to professionalism of sales personnel to finance process, everything went smooth and beyond our expectation. We worked with Alec and Nathan both of them are very professional, patient and quick in responses. We went in bit late after work to close the deal. In spite of that Nathan ensured that nothing has been overlooked and took care of every minute detail. If anyone looking for clean transaction with best price, this is the place to go. Michael Fern4Very disappointed with my recent experience. Normally they do a good job but this time they dropped the ball and cost me a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. My Accord was having issues where it would not start each time. It sounded like a fuel pump issue. They said it was the starter and $950 later I was sent home. The same problem surfaced so I brought it in again and gave them a recording of when it acted up. Eleven later said they couldn’t find any problems. Of course, a couple days later, same problem. I sent a text and recording, which I gave to Honda, to my brother, who works with mechanics at a trucking company. He sends me a text 15 minutes later after checking with a mechanic that it’s the fuel pump relay and to Google “Honda doesn’t start”. After 10 minutes of my researching and reading others that experienced the exact same problem, I knew that was it. I dropped it off for the 3rd time and told them to replace the relay. They called back and said they didn’t know for sure if that was the problem and needed the car longer. The next week they called and said it was the relay and replaced it. It works like a charm. They had my car a total of 23 days. Not sure why their mechanics don’t use the resources to pinpoint issues, this one was a layup. I’m looking to replace my Honda in 6 months, but it won’t be from Honda of Denton. I’ve been a loyal customer but it’s time to move on. I’ll be reaching out to Honda Corporate, so they can assist with showing these mechanics the resources available to them so the next person doesn't have to deal with this nonsense. $150 part that takes less than 1 hour to install ended up costing me over $1,300. Was contact by their customer service department in a timely fashion. Was given of overview of what resources they have available and feel comfortable to continue using Honda of Denton to perform the maintenance on my Honda.

Jeremy Berlin5Just bought a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot over the weekend from Honda of Denton. Robert our Sales person was awesome, my wife said it best he was the opposite of the slimy car salesman she has seen in the past. He helped us make a great selection without talking poorly of another brand. Jason in Financing was a Rock Star! He made a great personal connection and jumped in to expedite the process. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!
