Their personalized service is second to none----so fabulous that I followed them after 15 years from the previous bank they were with when they made the move to Guaranty.   No matter how busy or what day of the week it is, the employees are most congenial and helpful. Outstanding is Eileen with a smile and a dishful of candy—winners. Michelle Barber has been a go to woman since meeting her years ago at the Argyle, Texas, Chamber of Commerce breakfasts. All the staff is most friendly and considerate.

  These are great friendly people at this location. I started here at this location a few months ago from another longtime local bank that just changed their name to Independent. Their service went south quickly. I am so glad I switched my personal and business accounts with Guaranty. The staff here are so personal and just good people that remember your name. Glad I switched and enjoy being your customer thank you 🙏 😃.

  I recently opened an online CD and it was the easiest process I have ever had. I did not have to go to the bank, wait for a banker and sign all the forms; which the last time at another bank took almost 2 hours. This time, in less than 30 minutes, I completed the information online, supplied a copy of my drivers license, submitted the information, received conformation, signed (online) the CD and was done. AND got a great interest rate.
