Kiersten Ferguson5Excited about my new purchase! I had been trying to get into the dealership to test drive the car for a few weeks so I had some time to decide on what I wanted to do. The first offer was out of my range, but they worked with me and we got it to where I wanted it to be. Everyone was helpful and friendly and easy to work with! Stirling is learning fast and is very open and honest with his approach which is appreciated.

Wendy Biesheuvel5We just bought our 4th car in the past 12 years from NW Honda. Sales staff have always been super friendly and love to be helpful in a very relaxed non competitive environment. My dog comes with and she is treated better then family. Chase Timm is a delight to work with keeping things light and is never pushy. The whole staff just wants you in a car you want and can afford. We just bought a used Toyota Camry and I was never pushed into a newer car or a Honda. We had some medical misfortune and our credit plummeted. Morraco, Camille and John worked tirelessly to get the financing rate we needed to buy the car. They were super patient while I worked out my anxieties and kept me hopeful and laughing. The service department is professional and fun. I have never had a problem with any of our cars after service, quotes are accurate and car is done when they say. Recommended due to family like environment, complete desire to meet customers needs and the whole staff work selfishly together.

Shawna Erickson5Yesterday, I had the stars align when my CRV started failing me and I was able to limp in to this dealership service department. With an hour or less before closing, they promised to do what they could to diagnose and hopefully fix the issue. Well, the issue is MAJOR but compassionately they explained and got me set up with a rental car so my life wouldn’t come to a screeching halt like the car just had. I was so flustered and they were so great. The individual names are a blur right now, however please know the woman at the service desk is fantastic and the technician as well. Will update/edit upon pick up of my repaired car.

Christopher Lee5For many years the car buying experience has not been a pleasant one. And still can be depending on where you go and who you might coming in contact with. However, industries are changing and becoming more service centered, providing the customer with value and experience first followed by a sale after. Shelby Huston is the perfect example of this change. I arrived at the dealership on a Sunday with an intention to preview used vehicles in preparation to turn in my lease in the next 2 months. I explained my price point, what I needed and how picky I was about color. We test drove a Civic, a model I had not considered before, discussed the options for the year range I was wanting to afford and she did the most amazing thing. She let me leave the dealership that day armed with new knowledge and the assurance my needs were heard, considered, accepted and valued. Little did she know I had spied a brand new yellow Civic out the corner of my eye that day and would go on to think about it all night and the next morning. After work on Monday as I was STILL thinking about the yellow Civic, I went back to Shelby to discuss options for purchase and lease. After some time spent speaking with her and the manager, leasing turned out to be the best option and I walked out that day with the yellow Civic. I couldn’t be happier with the service and care Shelby provided which lead me to purchase/lease my third car from Northwest Honda. Speaking of being a repeat customer, you know a business has done and is doing something right when there are veteran employees such as Sam Baylasy. She has financed all three of my vehicles and continues to be a joy every time we work together. An expert at explaining what could be complicated financial options, severe attention to detail in order to protect the customer experience and a warm smile that would make anyone want to be her best friend. I look forward to continuing my repeat business to ensure I can give back when possible. One last shout out to the woman who makes the service department not just another “thing on the to do list” but an easy and happy experience, Shauna Bundy. Those timely oil changes have not become a great opportunity to see Shauna’s smiling face and have my day lit up with her positivity and expert attention. Keep these ladies around and you’ll have a recipe for success every time!

I told the tech that I want the brake special, and he still charged the full price; **** Update: i got a phone call from the service manager. He was very nice and explained the bill very clearly, and he refunded me the difference between the amount charged ($269.00) and the brake special as advertised ($225.50). I will look at my service bills closely from now on...

He listened to me and helped me find a car that fit my needs. The business manager that I signed the papers with, Sam Baylasy, was also easy to work with.
