  Just recently bought a car from Vatland Honda, one of the best car experiences I’ve had . The whole staff was great! Nanette was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and genuinely understanding, something you don’t see or hear about too often in car shopping. Can’t say enough about the people there. Job well done! Until next time.

  My grandson, Kaivon Rad, attempted to assist me lease a new vehicle from Vatland Honda. However, he took things a little too far by being nasty to not only the salesperson (who was absolutely wonderful), but to his own grandmother (me). I am absolutely happy with the service I received today and in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle.

  We were looking to buy a new car for our family. Test drove couple different brands and then came to Vatland Honda in Vero Beach. The experience was great! Our sales person, Tom Aspromonte, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We negotiated the deal within 2 minutes. Best experience ever! It was a pleasure having business with Tom and Vatland Honda!

  Vatland Honda has serviced my Honda's the past nine yrs, in which I find there service to EXCELLENT!! & if I needed a new car, I would surely by from them. In my day as a manager for a large company, many would be working for me!!

  Service department is great, sales on the other hand will tell you anything to get a sale. My vehicle should not have been certified pre-owned because it had a broken bumper clip and if a vehicle has any cosmetic damage that isnt fixed prior to sale it has to be sold as used. When i addressed the issue before purchase they promised to fix it and then as soon as i purchased the vehicle i didnt get any response back. The service department tried to fix it but they weren't going to replace the part without the Management's approval. At the end of the day i had to buy the part with my own money on a car i just bought and replace it myself in my driveway. On top of that they wouldn't even refund me the price of the part. Like i said, service does their job. Unfortunately some people don't keep their word. Edit, in response to the owner you have my contact information, ive contacted and brought the car in multiple times to fix this problem and had to do it myself. I was told your body guy would have taken care of it when i confronted your employees, the body guy got there at 8AM looked at my car at 10AM for less than a minute said "there is nothing that can be done" and then just left. the next week i fixed the problem myself because my bumper kept moving more and more outward when driving. i purchased the part from you sometime in November\December and fixed the problem. I asked for a refund and since i know employees there on a personal level i was told the managers were not going to cover it because its a "cosmetic" item. Not to mention the vehicle has a mismatched non oe Honda red paint blended in at that quarter. all of this over saving your self maybe $70 parts and labor on a $17k purchase + trade in. if you actually stand behind your product you'll followup refund me.

  Sean, you purchased the Civic October of 2019 and it was never addressed as a major issue your file stated that it was replaced and/or repaired. If you feel that it needs additional corrective action please bring it in and let use address and correct your concerns. Vatland stands by all vehicles we sell.

  Bill Green is the BEST! He worked with me to make sure I got into the beautiful HRV Sport. Aegean Blue! I love it. This is our FIFTH Honda, but the first time we went with something other than the Civic. Thanks to you, Bill, and to everyone at Vatland who makes the transaction go so smoothly. You all ROCK!   Sold my car back to the dealership a couple weeks ago. Woke up to another pending charge this morning. Wish I could give zero stars... edit. How about these screen shots that show you guys purchased the vehicle on the 3rd and didn't send the payment to Honda Financial until 10 days later after they had already charged me again??

  Bought a beauty of a car at Vatland Honda in Vero Beach. My non salesman was Jake...and he simply offered me what I wanted without any pressure, and lots of laughter and fun. It was pleasant all the way....even when I entered the "financial door" where I was again offered a warranty that I always say no to....but again, this one was simply a smart option....Love this place. No matter where you live....call up Jake, tell him what you want....or find your car on the internet and get going. Loved the whole experience. it is easy to see/feel that the management is not high pressure, but rather customer supported and serviced.
