  Just a nightmare trying to set up my online banking. The website went down, the mobile deposit wasn't working, the phone system to connect to an extension hung up on me, and I cannot set up my bill pay without getting an error message. In addition, they do not provide your account number on your own statement mailed to your address they say for security reasons, but they do put your actual account number on all of your checks so anyone or any business you write a check to will know you are full account number. Not sure what they're thinking is on security, or maybe thinking is not the right word.

  Banking is mostly done on phones or computers now but it sure is nice to know that you can walk into a Marine Bank and talk to real people that you know live in your community...and they do it with a smile...Bank Local...Bank Marine Bank

  I cash my commissions check here all the time and it seems as if every time I approach the drive through window first, someone comes after me and is serviced first. Not only that I’m waiting for extra extended periods of time. Like now I’m at the drive thru for service and someone just pulled up to make a deposit (second car btw) to receive service and yes I’m African American which makes it even more of a problem because I come here often. I don’t appreciate it at all what so ever and I will be contacting corporate as well!

  I will never recommend this bank to anyone. I'm very disappointed. 5 month ago I submitted all the papers.Never back to me, several times i called they told me He was busy. Oh I don't have million $ ( I did not like say his name. I should.)

  Surprised not to see a review of this nice bank at such a convenient location on US 1. Friendly people offer the best advice they have. Payroll service did not work out with them because of technical difficulties. But that's okay and takes possibly more time to arrange.

  This is the worst bank. They like your money because they made money on your money. But when you need.. Marine bank worst.
