      I've been a customer of Seacoast Bank for many years. I have gotten to know the staff at the 12th Street US1 branch. They have gone above and beyond so many times for me, with no hesitation. Nick Tucker, the center manager is a very competent, professional and caring person. He is easy to talk with and will drop what he's doing to help you at anytime... Ethan Roberts, the assistant bank manager, always has a smile on his face & I can tell he has always put his customers first. I have relied on him to help me out with many different financial situations, even the complicated ones are given his complete attention. Jennifer Eisenmann, Kulbir Bansil, Karen LeCompte & Jecenia Maeso are also very friendly and very helpful. This bank is a hometown bank, with real caring people.

      Thanks for the change much appreciated!! I went to Chase across the street because I am a customer there (and It was the right thing to do) and was told they don't have any quarters.. I will be banking with Seacoast when I become a resident of Florida. Awesome customer service and great personality!! Thank you!!

      Because of covid i went through the drive threw. I wanted to change my last name since being married. First they asked if i had my marriage licence. After i told them i did they stated theyd need to set up an appointment to do that inside. Ok. I gave them 3 checks to deposit. They refused to deposit any of them without my last name being changed..EVEN though i have my marriage licence and both i.d.s before and after marriage. Unfortunately this is the SECOND time they have refused to help me in anyway, and it was the same person both times. The first time a man took over and helped me. Now mind you ive had checks deposited and direct deposited into the same account with my new last name. No problems. Its just this branch and this particular women.

      So, I received a check from a person that has an account at Seacoast, in the amount of $3,750.00 I went to this branch on US1 in Vero only to be told that since I DO NOT have an account there, the charge will be at 2% which equals 75.00 according the the banks calculation. Of course I was livid, are you kidding me??? What are y'all trying to do, bully people into banking with you?? After a few explicits, I got asked to leave. So I left, I hope you get robbed like you are ROBBING non bank account holders. You should be ASHAMED!!!!! After letting the account holder know what happened he was SHOCKED!!!!! I hope he takes ALLLLLLL OF HIS MONEY OUT OF YOUR BANK AFTER THIS. Shameful in this time in the world. In my opinion, if you charge, it should be a reasonable amount, 75.00 IS NOT A REASONABLE AMOUNT!!!!!!

      I’ve been with Seacoast for many years. I won’t bank with anyone else. Ethan and Tina are absolutely fantastic! If any issue arises, they take care of it promptly. I’ve had nothing but great customer service.

      Vice Presidents Marc Heraux, Phillip Fitzgerald, & Gary Albert treated me like trash even though my corporation paid excellently on the credit line over almost Four years, and even though they know that I suffered a severe illness!!!

      Very rude, banker rolled her eyes at me when I asked for change. I will never go back to Seacoast.
