  There were few hiccups with the paperwork integration from Qualia, particularly when it comes to a sale involving a divorce. But overall it was a streamlined process from Homie Title. An employee waited after hours for me to pickup my check which was nice.

  Homie Title was excellent throughout the entire process of closing on our home. The digital tools they deploy are excellent. I felt like they were in partnership with me throughout the experience and had my best interest in mind. Closing was a breeze and I was able to sit down with a professional title officer who stepped me through the process and answered all my questions. I would use Homie Title again.

  Great experience closing with Homie title. If I recall correctly the cost was similar to other title companies, however we sold with homie which made a huge difference. The title company was very responsive, had an app/program that made communication quick and effect. Would highly recommend Jessica Jensen. She was organized, personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Would go with Homie title again.

  The process was super efficient, to the point and easy to understand. We were able to use an electronic transaction for the closing and that made it even more convenient. I don't see why people would use the old method after using Homie Title. I've seen both ways and I wish more companies or people could use Homie.

  Homie saved us close to 10 thousand dollars when we sold our home. When we remodeled our house we wanted to get the maximum profit. They were easy to work with, kept us on our deadlines and saved us a lot of money! You just can't beat the deal they offer!

  We just sold our home with Homie and couldn't be happier! We received two offers within 30 days of listing. The communication with our listing agent was the best ever and their online closing process made things so easy. I would definitely recommend working with Homie!

  Homie Title took care of business and kept me informed throughout the process. Having been involved in many real estate transactions I was familiar with the process and knew what questions to ask. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I probably wouldn’t recommend for a first time home buyer.

  Several Realtors told me to not choose Homie because they were very slow to get back to you. My experience was exactly the opposite. Eric and Shelly from Homie were so helpful, kind, understand, and patient throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Homie for selling you home.

  It's wonderful how Homie has grown from just the buy and sell, to now being able to help with home insurance, loans, titles, and everything. Homie made it extremely easy and cost effective to do it all through them, and they came in with better rates than any competition we could find. We love Homie!
