  Alexandria and Seth were the best to work with. I started out using another homie agent who was not really all that helpful. Then Alexandria came along and saved us. We were able to quickly get sound advice and we found a home much faster. Seth was excellent in communication and with the homie loan. HeHgot us an interest rate better than expected. They are a great team.

  We recently purchased our second home and worked with Homie Loans to do so. Seth and Aroura were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, responsive, listened to our concerns, and helped us to understand when we had questions. The home buying process is often extremely stressful and expensive. However, Seth and Aroura were extremely helpful to make this process go as smoothly as possible and helped us find ways to save money instead of collecting extra. Thank you!

  Just finished buying a home with Homie + Homie Loans. Overall a fantastic experience! I shopped around quite a bit for VA loan quotes and Seth beat them all, getting me a fantastic interest rate and a huge discount on closing costs. Auroura was also great to work with making the loan application a breeze. Also her meme game is strong! 10/10 would use Homie Loans again.

  Had an awesome experience getting my mortgage through Homie Loans. It was my first time going through the process and they were very helpful and responsive. Great rates too! Highly recommend.

  We got our loan through Homie Loans and everything went great! We got a great deal with low closing costs and were able to close in less than 14 days!! Michael Hondel and Aroura Shipp did great work for us and Aroura answered our questions super fast! I will definitely give them a call on my next mortgage!

  Homie loans is new but they are highly motivated to make inroads on the mortgage broker market. They had the best rates, were prompt, and cared a lot about our recent home purchase and refinance (complicated double-whammy). Shout out to Aroura and Sailiata who were great to work with!

  Homie Loans was great to work with! I was a first time home buyer and they would answer all my little questions and help explain anything I didn't understand! They really had my back and I felt confident in there abilities! Ill be using them again some day!

  Great experience with Homie Realtors and Loans! They had multiple realtors always available last minute. Had the best mortgage rate and lowest closing costs of anyone we worked with. Couldn't ask for anything more.

  The home buying experience with homie was excellent from the low rates and the communication throughout the whole process was awesome. Aroura and Seth were very easy to work with and They we’re always quick to answer any questions we had for them. I highly recommend working with these guys!!

  Awesome experience, I did my research and shopped around, they were able to beat anyones prices, rates, and it went extremely smooth. We had a few hickups with the buyer of our house when selling, Homie Loans was helpful with changing things last min, extending rate locks, and making everything work out. Will definitely use again.
