  Having had two previous mortgages with large banks and having less than a stellar experience we decided to go the broker route on our newest home. Danielle was suggested to us. What a night and day experience! Danielle is one of the most responsive and professional individuals I have ever worked with. She worked tirelessly on our mortgage and always responded to any questions almost immediately. We were able to close early on a VA loan and had it not been for a very slow Title company (not in her control) we would have been able to close in well under 30 days. to anyone that is looking for a fast, efficient, and professional mortgagee experience-- do yourself a favor and contact Danielle

  I've had the pleasure to work with multiple people from Hometown Mortgage Services LLC and was delivered with an extraordinary experience every single time. For a consumer to have an independent mortgage broker that will take the time to learn new technology and know their product and what would qualify as the best possible loan for a borrower is the single most important factor when choosing who will do a loan. Danielle and Carol are very well educated and always on par with exactly what needs to be used to handle the job efficiently!

  Danielle is amazing at what she does! She is one of the most professional people I've ever met. She is committed to excellency, and she focuses on her clients. There's no room for misunderstandings or confusion with her. She is crystal clear in her explanations and doesn't mind going over them several times until she's certain her clients are properly informed and know exactly what to do. Requesting a loan and buying a home is no joke and the majority of people - like myself- know very little of the matter. I had several friends going through the same process at the same time I was, but they had other mortgage brokers. We shared stories, and I couldn't help but to be grateful for choosing Danielle. Working with her felt so legit because everything was straightforward until the very end. She was even present at closing to ensure perfection, and she worked around my specific situation to make everything work. She would not try to make you fit into anyone else's shoes or situation. She will work with what you've got and will get you the best deal you can get with that. If it isn't obvious by now, I'd absolutely recommend Danielle to everyone who is planning on buying a home.

  Our experience here was absolutely outstanding! Danielle was fast, patient with our questions, kind and always kept us updated on how things were going. She locked in a rate for us that shocked even our closing agent. We were able to sign all pre closing documents electronically which was super easy. I can recommend this company without reservations. Give them a try!

  6 months ago Danielle Collins Wear, Ron Starling and the entire staff at Hometown Mortgage made my wife and I feel right at home and most importantly confident that we would be treated fairly and honestly and that had not been the case at the first place we went to which had been a local credit union here in Gainesville, Fl. I explained the situation with Danielle that we were pressed for time as we had already signed a contract and had planned on going with another lender but decided to try elsewhere at the last minute and Hometown made it happen and we got the fixed rate mortgage the other lender had denied us in spite of having near perfect credit. We cannot thank Hometown Mortgage enough and if we ever need to refinance or purchase another home neither of us would hesitate to go with Danielle In the future. If you're planning on purchasing for the first time and want peace of mind and someone to walk you through the process and even if you've been through it before you cannot go wrong if you go with Hometown.
