  I highly recommend using Chris Doering Mortage for your home finance needs. I worked with Brian Rundle very closely for several months while I was waiting on my divorce to finalize to refinance my house. He was very professional and hard working. He was patient and always positive. My refi took longer than usual due to my divorce, but they were ready to roll the second we could. Cannot say enough positive things about this company.

  We have had great experiences with Chris and his staff. They have helped us with our new mortgage home loan as well as our mortgage refinance. They were extremely accommodating and flexible to our work schedules. I would have been lost trying to gather all of the required documentation together on my own without his staff assisting me every step of the way. We really appreciated that we had a dedicated person to work who knew us and our situation so we didn't have to educate new people whenever we had a question.   I love Bryan! We just closed on our first home yesterday and he was amazing. I called at first to just find out what I would need to do to get a home, not thinking I would be approved, he ran our info and everything went smoothly. I made sure to get him all the info he needed right away, he always answers and texts so the communication is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone when it comes to the home buying process. FIVE STARS AND AN EXTRA FIVE STARS BECAUSE HE WAS THAT GOOD!!

  I originally went with this mortgage company because the reviews were so good. I was then going to "shop around" because I heard that was what you were supposed to do. After seeing how responsive Brian Rundle was (responded at 6am or 11pm) when I needed him, I didn't even shop around. I said this is a company I can trust with my money. Hands down I was notified of my options from the beginning and was able to get a home loan despite having crippling amount of student loan debt and a little less than 2 years of working experience. So thankful. Got a very thoughtful gift at the signing table too. This is a company that has your back from start to finish.

  Chris and his team were wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers my husband and I had a million questions that they took the time to answer and explain all of them fully.   As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. My wife Googled mortgage brokers in Gainesville and browsed the Chris Doering Mortgage website. She filled out the request for them to contact and within an hour she had a call from them. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our first steps in the home buying process and set us up with a great realtor they trusted. From there it was the most simple and smooth process on our end; they lay out the steps and things we need to complete and return so easily.
