  Landmark Mortgage Planners was phenomenal. Our realtor highly recommended them after running into difficulties with Quicken Loans. We were beyond pleased with their customer service, availability, knowledge, and the overall process. James Abrams and Sue Albritton were highly professional, accommodating, and helped ease the buying a house process that tends to be overwhelming at times. They did a substantial job every step of the way and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone attempting to buy a home.

  My realtor suggested that I should go through a local mortgage planner rather than one of the big banks. She introduced me to Marc and I decided to give him a chance and see how he would do. Since day one working with Marc was a pleasure and his professionalism and responsiveness to my questions was outstanding! I really felt Marc had my best interest in his mind and he took the time to explain all the details to me and gave me very good advices along the way. I could not have hoped for a better person to work with during the sale of our old house and the new purchase. I can highly recommend Marc to everyone I know!

  I can't believe how easy Marc and Kathy at Landmark Mortgage made the purchase of my first home. I'm a student, and I have a difficult schedule, but Marc and Kathy bent over backwards to accommodate and make things easy for me. They returned my calls and emails even on weekends, and were always available for questions. I thought this would be a difficult and stressful process, but it was the opposite- smooth and easy- because Marc and Kathy are such experts at what they do. They anticipate problems before they occur, and when problems happen, they resolve them quickly and professionally. Not only that, but they are the most friendly, helpful, and patient people I've ever met. If you're looking for a smooth, easy, and professional process, this is the right place.
