  I have been watching the Jim Jean property videos for about five years. Like most People I procrastinated We visited the area many times and A new listing came up, it looked like everything we wanted. But we waited three days and it was sold. So another listing came up, it looked right for us. We put the pedal to the metal and went to see it. It was perfect, so I called Doug Jim’s son-in-Law We met 1 hour later and after some good conversation and explaination of Contract we now own our Dream Property. Some advice, learn to manage your Procrastination. Doug was Great and we are very happy Thanks Doug.

  makes buying land the easiest possible transaction. we drove and saw the land. within a couple of hours we were the owners. Doug was very helpful and provided a lot of good information for when you are ready to start building.

  Spoke to Doug quite often over a 2 week period and even if I thought it was a silly question he always was there and answering it. I felt like a bother, but he always told me it was no problem and that’s why he was there. When we went in on Sunday to do paperwork ( so thankful for their weekend availability) with Alan, he was absolutely amazing as well, very friendly and went over everything and always asking if we had any questions.
