  As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about finding a lender. Hannah and her team at HomeTown made me feel better right away in the first phone call. I needed “hand holding” through the whole thing and Hannah never made me feel bad about that and answered all my questions promptly and with encouraging words. They kept me well informed and we’re easy to communicate with. My home insurance quote came back high and Hannah made sure I was not over paying and still getting correct coverage. Can’t go wrong with HTL.

  Hometown Lenders is a top quality lender and we will never use anyone else!! 5 stars through and through! They helped us through every step of the process while keeping us laughing and upbeat - which is appreciated beyond words because we all know how stressful buying a house can be.   Hometown Lenders San Angelo is an amazing group of lenders who not only know and are active in the San Angelo community, but are personable, hard working, and dedicated to their clients. I feel reassured knowing I can call any of them at any time and they will be there. Even if you’ve been told “no” before, give them a call because you might be surprised! I’ve seen it first hand, and am always so impressed with their persistence, hard work, and communication throughout the entire process. These ladies work super hard to get you in the home of your dreams, and I can’t recommend them enough.

  Never did I think I'd get qualified after being denied a couple of times. I was told I needed to be at my current job for 2 years with commission based salary I am on. I have only been here a year and Trudy worked some magic and got me approved! Any time I had questions she was prompt and direct with what I needed to do. It was truly an easy process.

  These ladies are the absolute best! Being first time homebuyers I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. They were always available to answer any questions we had. I could go on all day about how great this team is and would definitely recommend them!!!
