  I really liked all the employees that worked here. They were so nice every time I called in to make a payment but then when I fell into hard times and was falling behind they treated me like the worst customer even though I was keeping up to date with them on my situation. I would pay any amount I could at the time. I know they have numbers to reach and they can’t have delinquent accounts but If I was a good paying customer and you treat me like I wasn’t then y’all need to take a class in customer service. They would call my phone everyday even though I would tell them what day I would be able to pay. Friday they called me and I told them I would pay off the loan and renew it and I asked the lady that was on the phone if that would be okay and she said yes that’s fine. So when I go in the next day I tell the manager Sergio I want to pay it off and renew it and he said okay and then I pay it off and he looks at me with a very rude look and said you can’t renew your loan ma’am. So it’s all good when you’re giving your money every time on time but once you hit hard times they don’t care. This is not how keep customers. Don’t tell me one thing and not do it. So if you’re looking to get a loan here I would advise you not to.

  We here at Sands Finance are one of the few companies that will work with customers thru hard times. We have a re-establishment program that we use at times during the year that help customers that have fallen behind , due to hard times, re-establish with lower payments

  The staff was very helpful in getting me the extra cash needed. If you need a pain free process for a loan sands is the place to go!!!

  Well last year I. Paid it off and should have been reported to credit reporting agencies as paid in full within a month. Now 17 months later it was sent to a third party collections agency and they were trying to collect on something that was paid in full. Now damaged my credit and management barely correcting problem.

I personally know Ms. Cindy has great customer service abilities and if any problem occurred no ill will was ever meant.
