  We used Dwight's team at Hometown Lenders to purchase our home in 2021. It was 100% their responsibility to make our tax payment BEFORE they sold the loan which they did NOT pay. Sooo.... of course we get a tax penalty from the IRS for non-payment. Dwight's team could care less upon inquiry. Thanks, Dwight.

  You will not find a better mortgage broker to work with. Time is important and they get things done timely and simply. They ask for what they need, keep you up to date on where you are at in the lawn process, they also follow the bond market toggle the best advise on when to lock your rate. No where else can you get this kind of service.
