  Dave and his office has helped us get our first house loan a couple years back. The experience was quick and painless. Even to this day Dave has taken the time to answer whatever questions we may have when it comes to our mortgage. They were also able to get two of my other employees setup with a loan for their houses. Thank you.

  Initially though we were in great hands. Met with the owner Dave to sign paperwork and thought we were on track to get the ball rolling with our home buying experience. The day after we signed our contract the service was poor. Dave and his staff were not only very difficult to get into contact with (lunch meetings, Fridays off, Mondays off, etc.) , when we able to talk to them, specifically Dave, we were lied to about them working on documents. Flat out we were told our appraisal was ordered and two weeks later Dave informed us that it was not ordered because of FHA regulations changes from Oct 31st. 2015. Thanks for the heads up that it was not ordered after two week of us being told it was. Appraisals in the area were already taking an average of 30 days so the fact Dave delayed this process just added to the waiting process. No accountability. Dave decided to send a nasty email to us to tell us we weren't worth his service after I asked for a clean line of communication from here on. Maybe that's asking too much to not be lied to. Plenty of people out there to lend you money, don't waste your time with someone that wont do a good job.

  This will be our second Mortgage with Homestead Mortage & just like the first Dave & Bonnie & their staff have been wonderfully helpful,patient & kind during each & every step of the process. Anytime I have any questions about any avenue I’m thinking about Dave is always willing to lend an ear & answer my millions of questions 🙂 I can’t say enough about them & their company!
