  As a first time homebuyer, I went into the process being uncertain on many aspects. I am so fortunate that I was referred to Geoff Gold at Homestead Funding. From the initial point of contact right up through the closing, Geoff has been extremely helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He is extremely knowledgeable, insightful and provided great advice. Both he and Cheryl Behm are extremely organized and processed each step so efficiently. If you are looking for a lender that will make the home buying process less stressful, I cannot recommend using Homestead Funding enough. You will not be disappointed!   Geoff and team are the best in the business. They will explain everything to you and put you at ease. If you are a first time home buyer, on your 10th mortgage or anywhere in between your experience will be seamless. I have recommend Geoff to all my friends and family. If he says he can help with your mortgage needs you can be assured he will.

  We originally financed our house and recently refinanced with Geoff Gold and the team. The first time, back in 2015, we somehow managed to sell and buy in the same day thanks to a wonderful team of Geoff, and our lawyer. It seemed impossible that the dates and times would line up, but they made the impossible happen. Refinancing was a breeze! We shaved multiple hundreds off our monthly and got some extra to do some work with! The whole thing was seemless and transparent and went off very well. Many thanks to the team at Homestead Funding and our lawyer who were our biggest advocates from start to finish!

  Geoffrey was recommended to me by a friend who had recently engaged his company to help with acquiring a mortgage. My friend (who happens to be a home appraiser) said that Geoffrey was very responsive and moved him through the process very quickly. I found that everything that he said was true. We would enthusiastically recommend Geoffrey and Homestead Funding to anyone who is looking for assistance with a mortgage.

  Hello World! I am so happy that I have this opportunity to sing the praises of Geoffrey Gold and his terrific team at Homestead Funding. From first contact until signing, Mr Gold became my Hero with his outstanding communication skills that enabled me to understand the process every step of the way. He and his staff stood by me throughout and were available anytime with incredible knowledge to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. In these stressful times when it seems like everyone is just out to make a buck, Mr Gold and his staff treated me with Courtesy, Kindness, Respect and best of all Patience! Not everyone is great with numbers, percentages and interest, but fear not because these guys ARE and believe you me you will understand when all is said and done!   Geoff is the best not sure where I should start he will get you to close on your home as quick as possible! Me & my realtor needed a new pre approval letter at 10pm, I emailed him and he got it back to me in 10 minutes, He wastes no time to better serve you his service is beyond great, i would definitely recommend working with him 100%. A lot of realtors recommend him as well, when we were ready to purchase our first home the seller’s realtor asked who we were working with and as soon as I mentioned Geoff they were comfortable with accepting our offer because they know he gets the job done.   Geoffrey and his team was a pleasure to work with. Did I not only buy a home during the pandemic when everything was back logged and offices that were closed, Geoffrey and his team made it happen! I had a hard deadline that I needed to meet and they moved mountains for me to meet it. They responded to their emails promptly and no question was a dumb question (first time home buyer). They told me my fees and costs up from the moment I had a pre-approval letter. Geoffrey was spot on with all the filing fees, and costs that is associated with buying a home. Definitely will go through him again!
