  Haven't dealt with tellers but location only has one atm and it is located inside. No drive up atm.

  Had the most unsettling experience at this location this morning. Tried to withdraw MY money at this branch and was made to feel as though I was trying to steal my own money!? At the drive thru and was told I would be given a code via text that I had to give them to complete the withdrawal??? Only to be told there was a “glitch” with their computers and they couldn’t help me!? Take your money out of banks. It is YOUR money!!!!

  Horrible service. No tellers, always a slow long process... the people in the booths stare at the line building up while they are on personal calls... Is it really that hard to find good work or is chase to cheap to hire real humans as employees... Good thing this isn't my real bank and just a burner account but , I may ditch this account soon chase Chase has gone down the sh*t tube.

  Tried to open a new account on 2 different Saturdays and was told to go to Cornwall or make appointment for a different day because an employee had a medical emergency and they were short staffed. Not a coincidence at all, pure unprofessional LIES!!

  Not a huge fan of commercial banks but the a girl named Jolie was super helpful and made my transactions very easy.
