  If you do not have an insurance policy with this branch - not only are you missing out on the best rates, but you are robbing yourself of phenomenal customer service! I wrote Phil a heart felt review on my experience with José, but I wanted to leave a google review as well, because I cannot praise him enough. I was shopping for a new insurance company during a difficult time in my life. Before I was a State Farm customer, I had a few conversations with José to see if State Farm was who I wanted to use. At that time, I lost my grandmother after a sudden illness. About a week later, I received an envelope in the mail from State Farm. I assumed it was an auto-generated letter and almost paid it no mind, but something told me to open it. It was a card from José, expressing his condolences on the lost of my grandmother. I cried - and to this day, his card is hanging on my fridge. I wasn’t even a State Farm customer, and he took the time out of his day to do that. Needless to say - I am now a State Farm customer, and have an auto and renters policy through them. The world needs more people like José. He has restored my faith in humanity. I am so grateful that our paths crossed. He is the definition of true customer service! Forget Jake from State Farm - I’d rather talk to Jose! Thanks again, Jose’!

  Rob Doolittle has been the best car insurance agent I ever had! He has helped me save money, figure out what additional insurances I need as well as when I had my first car accident! Everyone at this office has been wonderful as well! I suggest this branch to all of my friends and family looking for a new insurance agency!

  I've been working with Glenny Medina at this Agency for a little over a year now and I've had a really great experience. She is truly there whenever I need her by answering my questions and concerns at all times and via whatever means of communications (in person, cell, work phone, email, etc.). If you decide to stop here for your insurance needs please make sure to ask for her. You won't regret it!

  I've been with State Farm for over a year, for both auto insurance and renters insurance. Jose has been there whenever I needed him! When I got into my first fender bender EVER, he was right there on the phone to walk me thru the next steps, giving me tips on how to navigate the situation in the best way possible for me. When my landlord refused to address the mold in our apartment, Jose answered by questions right away, and he worked to find me and my roommates the best solution for our lost possessions. Whether by phone or email, Jose is always quick to respond and helps me immediately - even on weekends! Everyone in this office is truly first class.

  Phil Williams and his team have been just the piece of mind my husband and I have needed over the last few years. From moving from NJ to NY, purchasing our first home, switching leases on a couple of cars of the years and purchasing our first life insurance policy, The Phil Williams Team has held our hand through it all and made these transitions so much easier! There's always a knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone ready to answer my questions. Whether I'm calling to ask details about our policy, need proof of insurance faxed over to me, or adding a car and need the info sent to the dealership 5 minutes ago... everyone is Very helpful!
