  In our case - we came from the city years ago and bought a house that comprised of two lots for 1 address. For that original mortgage we checked with different banks but nationwide banks have a hard time dealing with this. So we got our original mortgage through Courtney. It was a no brainer to work with Courtney again on refinancing our mortgage. It’s great to work with her and Homestead. She is local, very knowledgeable and experienced + she truly cares. Highly recommend!

  I actually did two mortgages with Courtney. In each case, I was able to save thousands of dollars. She was prompt, professional and completely transparent. Everything went smooth with no surprises. I can honestly say opinion you need a mortgage or re-if, Courtney and Homestead is the place to go.
