  I am always impressed by the service department at Northway Toyota. They are very courteous and service gets completed timely. I always feel that they are being honest with me and have never experienced a time where they try to sell me all kinds of unnecessary service. Thank you!

  I'm not usually wooed by salespeople and customer service, but this was exemplary from my arrival to departure. Pleasant, efficient people. No pressure. Lovely waiting area with plenty of outlets for electronics. Free coffee and food, clean restrooms. A class act. I will definitely return.

  The service is top notch!!!! I can't say enough nice things about these people. Complementary drinks, pastries, coffee, USB charges right on the side of the seats in the lounge, TVs, and a FREE car wash. Got my car in and out in no time, wished they took longer since I was have a great time relaxing!

  I had an appointment to have the spare tire removed and a new tire put on. Everything went smoothly and it didn’t take as long as I expected.

  Recently went to purchase a car this weekend. They said the car had been on a lot for a month, and it HADN'T been cleaned. Leaves and junk everywhere, scratched up, etc. Asked to Look at another car and it was "mysteriously" sold out when I asked (and it's still up on the website!) and then looked at another car and they tried to pressure me to buy a car I couldn't afford, to make a bigger down payment than comfortable with, AND fill out a credit report by myself (21yo). Pressured to leave a deposit that I had to get back through the credit card company, and was berated for not going through with a deal the next day. AVOID this place at all costs!

  Ashley Daley was our sales representative and a great one at that. I had my heart set on a highlander for a while now and her and the team made it happen! She has a great personality and makes it a great experience to shop for a vehicle. I was sad she wasn’t able to see me off in my new highlander when I picked it up but she made sure I was in great hands. I highly recommend using Northway Toyota and Ashley Daley as your sales representative!

  I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I'm 79 years old and have been to an awful lot of dealerships but l can't say that l have ever been to one who have treated their customers as well as Northway Toyota. Great job!

  I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Daley to find my car. I was in a pinch and needed something quick but needed it to be affordable and something i was interested in. She very quickly knew just the car for me and had me driving away days later. She also showed me many options for financing and leases. I felt as if she was extremely competent in her knowledge and aptitude to help her customers. I look forward to buying my next car from her as well!
