  I am so pleased with the friendly and expeditious service of Janet Harder and her team at Homestead Funding Corp. This was my 2nd home purchase. They made the mortgage lending process so much easier than I experienced the 1st time. She is knowledgeable, accessible and accommodating. It was very convenient reviewing, downloading and submitting documents via the Company's app on my phone, via email, or via the Company's website. I received the clear to close promptly and without delaying my scheduled closing date. Thank you, Janet!

  We worked with Lisa Fortin at Homestead Funding Corp after being left in a tough spot by another lending institution. Lisa worked with us quickly and attentively to resolve our issue and get our purchase back on track and was available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions - despite it being right before a holiday weekend.   Lisa was so great to work with! She was always available to answer any and all questions we had and responded quickly. From the beginning she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.   If you are looking for a mortgage from Homestead funding I would highly recommend Janet Harder. Every step of the process she was there to answer my calls and emails and walk me through anything I needed. I have used her in the past and I will continue to use her for any future mortgages!   Although I have never met Lisa in person as of yet, I can say without her professional customer service, and knowledge of expertise we would have had a difficult time understanding and learning the keys to becoming a homeowner. I highly recommend Lisa.

  Dina Trahan was incredible to work with. When we unexpectedly found a house we wanted to purchase she worked with us quickly get us the Mortgage Pre-Approval letter we needed in less than an hour — on a SUNDAY! She was super responsive throughout the whole process and helped us get a fantastic rate on our mortgage. Thanks to her help we got our Clear to Close in less than a month, when other lenders are significantly backed up. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
