  My experience with Homestate was good, at a point near the closing date we found out that there was an issue with the asbuilt that was going to hold up the funding and the closing of the purchase. My rep went above and beyond to find a way around this. We switched loans and everything came together on the original schedule. Very please group to work with.

  I purchased my condo from a friend without a realtor, so the workload placed on my loan originator at Home State, Ryan Holmes, was quite a bit more than normal. Ryan hit it out of the park, a true 5 star performer. The interest rate he found was fantastic and his near unlimited availability via email, text or the phone was key to the success of this transaction as I travel constantly/globally for work. His guidance with the title company, the HOA and overall financial advice during the transaction proved his true character and value for this purchase. Highly, highly recommend working with Ryan.
