  I worked with James Randall on a bridge loan which I had never done before. This was my sixth home purchase but I was naive on bridge loans. First of all, I was impressed with their lending rates. This was all done by phone due to Covid. Every time I called James, he explained everything in full detail. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone. He was soooooo knowledgeable and professional. If I had to leave a message, he got back to me immediately! (Customer service is really important to me) I was in awe of this company and so glad my realtor gave me James phone number. I actually called him today and said I want to do a survey on how great he was and was directed to this site.
